COVID-19 Testing
CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT (one-time process) Have an image of your insurance card available, front & back, to upload when prompted.
Please DO NOT download the Global Virus Pass (GVP) mobile app to register an account. Please registered an account using the link provided below.
- Click CREATE ACCOUNT and click “Join”
- Enter in your Email Address, First Name, and Last Name
- Create a password then click Create Account
- You will be sent an email to confirm your account
- Confirm account via email and Log in.
- Once logged in, click on your email address in the upper right and select My Profile
- Complete your information as requested in the General Information and Insurance Information tabs
- Click My Circle and click Insert to add any family members who may also receive COVID-19 testing.
- Once all family members have been added, click confirm.
Once your account is created you are ready to make an appointment. You can use one of the links provided on this webpage.
DAY OF TESTING
- By signing up through GVP, you will not need to bring anything with you the day of testing
- If you arrive without an appointment, the nurse will have a QR code available that you can scan to create an account and schedule your test.

Test To Treat
Patients who go to a Contra Costa County Test to Treat site can take a rapid antigen test and, if positive and symptomatic, they will be connected to a doctor through video. If the doctor deems it medically appropriate, they will prescribe oral antiviral pills (Paxlovid or Molnupiravir). There are three new Test to Treat sites in Contra Costa County:
Pleasant Hill
- Diablo Valley College Overflow Parking Lot: The overflow parking lot is across the street from the campus, at the corner of Golf Club Rd and Stubbs Rd at the stoplight

Accessing Results
Results will be available within 2 calendar days through the LSA Patient Portal. You will receive an email from LSA with the portal link and your access code to view your results.

Please note that the Lafayette School District does not have information about your specific test results and therefore cannot answer questions regarding test results; please call or email LSA for assistance.
