STEP 1: Registration Procedures for Residency Verification
Required documents:
(1) Proof of Residency (3 groups). Note: if you are a new resident, you will have thirty (30) days to provide group #3.
(2) Parent/Guardian Identification
(3) Proof of Child's Birth:
(4) Immunization records: Immunization Requirements
Due to expanded enrollment dates for TK, these requirements are for all TK/K students prior to the first day of school even if your child has not turned 5.
