Grades 1-5 Registration

NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FOR THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR WILL OPEN 1/4/21. Please proceed to Step 1.

 

Please gather all of your documents prior to pre-enrolling online.

 

Items required for new student registration: Frequently Asked Questions

 

(1) Proof of Residency (3 groups). Note: if you are a new resident, you will have thirty (30) days to provide group #3.

(2) Parent/Guardian Identification

(3) Proof of Child's Birth: (Note: Only one of the following is required.)

  • Birth Record
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptism Certificate
  • Passport
  • Affidavit of the parent, guardian, or custodian of the minor

(4) Immunization records: Immunization Requirements

(5) Student records as applicable

  • STEP 3:

A. For the current school year 2020-2021 ONLY, please email msibley@lafsd.org when you have submitted your completed online pre-enrollment in order to discuss placement.

B. For new students for the 2021-2022 school year, please click on the link below for your neighborhood school to let us know that you have completed online pre-enrollment. The link will open 1/4/21.
