Facilities Use

Facilities Use Applications are accepted beginning on May 15th every year for the subsequent school year.

 

Please submit the following to apply:

 

(1) Facilities Application and Permit Form #19

(2) Signed Facilities Agreement Compliance Form

(3) A current Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Lafayette School District as the holder in the amount of $1,000,000

 

Note: A key deposit of $2,500 per key will be required for key distribution.
