Stanley Middle Schoolers Explore Character on Campus

October, 2013 -- All grade levels came together to discuss what character looks like at Stanley Middle School.  Using our six pillars of character --  trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, fairness, caring, and citizenship -- students from the Leadership Class acted out middle school scenarios where kids were faced with making choices about how to act with character.  Students and staff reviewed important behavioral expectations as well as ways that students can find support when needed. In January, students will participate in a Character Day that will include team building activities, assemblies, and videos around the topics of Caring and Respect.
